If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you.

Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your product. If you need to return or exchange, please contact info@gingeroils.com and explain the situation.

We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria: Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival. Parcels that is lost in transit. We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s) or if customer refuses to pay custom charges for international orders. Note: Ginger Oil does not include any custom charges to the order total for any international shipments—that is between the customer and their local government outside the United States.

If your package shows delivered but you have not received your package because USPS either delivered in error or your package was stolen, please email us at bestgingeroil@gmail.com within 72 hours of USPS tracking delivery and we'll work with you to make things right. Do not dispute your credit card charge without first emailing us. All orders that show accurate delivery are considered final after 72 hours. 

Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. international customer must provide phone number.

If you have other concerns, please contact our Customer Service via email (info@gingeroils.com) RETURN TO SENDER PACKAGES: Ginger Oils will not be held liable for packages that are returning to sender.

Customers are advised to carefully enter the correct addresses otherwise, the package will not be delivered.

Once the item is received at the warehouse, we can repack, re- label, and reship them however you need to understand that doing so requires an additional cost. Processing and shipping cost is usually half the order total...so please be careful on the information that you provide.

If you think you have entered a wrong address, you need to contact us immediately in order to correct the mistake. Cancellation Policy: Can I cancel my order(s)? Yes, if it hasn't been shipped yet. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Send us an email stating your concern and attach a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 48 hours upon receipt of the order get a replacement or refund. Note: Our team will inspect / verify the photo(s) before we issue out a replacement.

Ginger Oils reserves the right to refuse any replacement and refund if it does not meet the above criteria.
